Mike & Pam Suess
Owners
Mike Suess started the Suess Insurance Agency in 1975. Since then, the agency has grown to over $4,000,000 in premium, servicing over 200 Commercial accounts, and 450 individuals all over Northern California. Mike is an independent Broker which affords him the flexibility to work with all of the major National carriers when finding the right protection for his clients.
A native of New Jersey, Mike came to California in 1970, and graduated from San Jose State in 1973. He and his wife, Pam, met that year and were married in 1975. Pam started working at the agency in 1993, and primarily handles the Property and Casualty lines. They live in the Soquel foothills with 3 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. Their two sons, Mike and Matt, live in nearby Scotts Valley.

 Ann Mitchell
Account Executive
Ann Mitchell, a native of Texas, joined the Suess Insurance Agency in 1997 after a 22 year teaching career. She quickly adapted to the world of insurance, obtained her license, and now plays a key role in the success of the agency. Ann is knowledgeable in all areas of insurance, with her specialty being Health and Employee Benefits. She keeps abreast of the ever changing Health Insurance marketplace and provides our clients with superior customer service.
Matt Suess
Account Executive
Matt Suess, Mike and Pam’s younger son, came on board in 2001. He is a graduate of Harbor High School, and has his Associates Degree from Cabrillo College. He is a licensed Life and Fire/Casualty Agent and can assist clients with any of their insurance needs, including Life, Health, Home, Auto, and Business Insurance. Matt brings a fresh approach to the business of insurance, and has been helping young businessmen and women obtain many of their first policies for their families and businesses.
